TUNING OF THE INBETWEEN

We accept the texture of the »Plattenbau-Siedlung« (housing-estate made of prefabricated concrete panels built in the former GDR at low cost) and rethink the spaces of the in-between, which is like a desert. This space will be transformed into defined areas, for example parks or sport-facilities.
