exhibition in the gallery framework, Berlin, within »Architektur-Salon / Berlin Architects_Berlin Architecture«, 20.-25.August 2004
In this exhibition we were showing working models of our built projects. With the exhibition design we wanted to create a link between our performative and realized work. Normally we try to transform performative approaches into architecture, this time it worked the other way around. Usually, the visitors know the exhibition space as a white room with pictures at the wall and some objects. We covered the three pieces of furniture in the gallery with plasterboard from the floor to the ceiling and transformed them into display cases. In order to show the models, we had put inside of these objects, we cut circular holes. The process of making should be still visible in the exhibition.
