WONORAMA
Weekend-Workshop at the TU-Berlin, Fakulty VII, Prof.Tim Heide, December 2000,
with 88 students of Architecture, 2nd year

During the workshop, the students were supposed to think about »housing«, because this was the theme of the year. The workshop gave them the chance to rethink this issue and all habitual ideas, without dealing with the given site.
»Before one can build architecture, one has to think architecture. We want to teach how to refine and present this process of thinking.«
They worked in groups. Each group defined their own thesis about certain aspects of housing. They developed their ideas into scenic plays. Every play took about 10 minutes. Afterwards they discussed the performance with the invited audience.
